Busy week....zone conferences, and 2 new people to teach!

Another busy week of zone conferences.  Luke said it feels like he runs around like crazy keeping things running smoothly for the zone conferences and then when the conference ends he takes a deep breath and then has to go on exchanges.  Never a dull moment.  He was making us laugh describing his exchanges...sometimes he will go on the exchange and then when they go to bed there won't be any blankets or anything and so he used curtains for a blanket. :) ha ha ha

Manuel is still doing great!  He worked all night and still came to church the next day!  He is planning on getting baptized Saturday so we will be praying for him this week!

Luke and Elder Suarez have 2 new people to teach...Margarita and her daughter Camilla.  They are Catholic and always said they didn't want to change.  But recently they have felt like they are not feeling peace at the church like they do in the lessons with the missionaries.  Margarita's heart has really softened lately and she has opened up about her life experiences.  She has had hardships in her life, like she had to kick her husband out because he was on drugs.  She has felt such peace in the church.

Another fun thing from Luke's week is he met a less active member names Marcos that knows my nephew Tyson!!!!  He served his mission in Columbia with him!  What a small world!!!  He actually came to church on Sunday!

What a great week!  With busy weeks like this one the time will fly so much and Luke will be home before we know it!
