Exciting Times

Hey ya'll! This is my first and very uneventful email! To give you a quick update, I am finally done with Home MTC. What a time it was! The first couple of weeks were great, and to be honest I was running on fumes by week 6. I am super excited to be heading out this week. I feel so blessed for this awesome time that I got to spend at home. I love being with my family!! I am trying to cherish every moment that I have here at home. 

I fly Thursday night to Buenos Aires, and from there who knows how I'll get to Resistencia hahaha. I am so excited I can barely keep it in. I have prayed and fasted daily to be able to go to Argentina and the Lord provided. I am lucky enough to be a part of the first group of American missionaries back in the mission since the beginning of the pandemic! What a blessing it is and I am going to work so hard to make my Heavenly parents proud. 

It has been amazing to see so many miracles take place for me personally during these 6 weeks that I won't get into detail about, but I am blessed. I have grown so much closer to Christ in this short time, and I just love learning more and more about his life and purpose for us! It is so cool to know what our plan on earth is and where our eternal trajectory for life will be. I am so grateful for the atonement of Jesus Christ and how he atoned for not only our sins which give us the gift of repentance to be made clean again no matter what, but also that he atoned for our hardships and trials! No matter what we all go through, Christ is there carrying us on his back. Christ isn't there just when we are feeling happy and all is well. He is there with us as we fight through addictions, pains, afflictions, heartaches, loss, and even when we turn away from him. Christ lives. God lives. And he loves us with a perfect love that we cannot even comprehend fully yet. Pray to him. Listen for answers. He will always answer. In his timing.
