Elder Rose - Argentina Resistencia Mission Nov. 2021 - Nov. 2023

 Another busy week, but things are going great!  Luke is loving President and Sister Barlow and loves helping them as they adjust. Sunday Manuel came to church and is doing great!  One member from the ward cried as she saw him there.  She remembers that 3 years ago she gave him a Book of Mormon but he really wasn't interested.  So to see him and his wife at church was such a special miracle!  He is still planning on getting baptized the end of July!  This week is going to be a busy one.  They are only going to have 3 afternoons in their area because they have zone conferences and also President Barlow wants Luke and Elder Suarez to do the transfer board since it's there first time and then he will look it over and make necessary changes.  So much pressure on Luke but during his interview with President he told him what a miracle it is because usually big changes like this cause Luke to have anxiety, but he has been at peace as he is learning,...

How is it going? Thought I would write a quick email to keep you all updated on the past week at least. I am currently in my last area, and I am coming home in about 2 months. I have loved my mission so much. Truly a life changing experience that I am going to continue to build upon for the rest of my life.  I am currently serving in Resistencia, the capital of the mission serving as Assistant to my mission President. Last transfer I was with President Reber, but we recently changed President´s last week and now I am with President Barlow! It has been such a unique experience learning from the both of them and their Christ like examples.  But I thought I'd share a bit about what's going on in my area and in the transition of Presidents. My area is Barrio 2, and it is pretty famous for being the hardest and most dangerous area in the mission.
